- Proof of purchase: Please provide your order number and any relevant details regarding the product when contacting us about a return.
- Return shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Refund process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original form of payment.
